The well was successfully drilled and then cased on October 19, 2006. The well tested gas rates of up to 1.7 Million Cubic Feet per Day (MMCFPD) with associated liquids of 35 Barrels of Oil per Day (BOPD). The well has commenced production on October 4, 2007 and is anticipated to initially flow at 1.4 MMcf/day and 40 boepd of liquids.

As of September 30, 2009, the well is shut in pending an improvement in natural gas prices.

The Company has a 15% Working Interest in the property and has also subsequently purchased additional land in the area for future drilling.

Privco will operate the well for Blackdog.
